In these times of stress, where high moral standards are a thing of the past and honesty and truth have not been held to the standards they once were, one wonders if there is not something that can be done about it!

Well -- something CAN be done about it!

For some time I have been presenting a workshop called "The Way To Happiness^® Business Workshop" using precepts such as: "Be Worthy Of Trust," and "Fulfill Your Obligations." Role Playing is used also, with these results:

The employees in the companies learned how to increase their survival potential, by raising their morality level and by practicing good ethical conduct on the job and in life. Their loyalty to the company where they worked increased. They now proceeded to raise their production, and their stats also went up!

My assistant at the workshops has observed that: "The participants showed great interest from the beginning to the end of the workshops. Background Info

Jean Brasel, who presents the workshop, has a varied background. With a Masters of Business Administration behind her, she has had a number of years working in business, including a stint as a Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst/Manager for NYTelco (now Verizon). Since 1994, Jean has been a certified mediator, and for several years has been a contract mediator for the US Postal Service and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), successfully helping many employees resolve their disputes.
